Joanna Mulder is a Brooklyn based artist, specializing in illustration and graphic design. She has spent much of her professional career working for large national clothing brands, such as Old Navy, Burton Snowboards, Aeropostale, (Jimmy'Z), and Sears, and has created artwork for every age group and gender, from Mens/Womens to Infant/Toddler. Other projects from these companies include everything from creating large-scale illustrations for store window displays, (favorites include a twenty foot 3D boom box, and an animatronic dog.) package design and labeling systems, to even the tiniest logo-driven denim hardware. In addition to illustration/design work for large corporations, Joanna also devotes much of her time to other illustration projects, painting, sculpting, jewelry making and in general, has a voracious appetite for creating art. If you can think of it, she will draw it.

Joanna grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Illustration. She moved to Brooklyn, NY in September 2001, where she currently resides.
